Owner-Occupied Mortgage, Long Term
15 - 30 year non-qm mortgages for self-employed borrowers using personal or business bank statements to qualify for their primary residence purchase or refinance. This loan class is stable and long-term while also being highly liquid in secondary markets.

Investor Fix & Flip (“RTL”), Short Term
6 - 12 month interest-only loans for residential real estate investors who buy, rehab, and sell/hold. This loan class is short-term, high-yield and high-turnover. This type of paper is also highly liquid in secondary markets.

6 - 12 month interest-only loans for real estate investors or owner-occupied home buyers (moving into their new home before selling their current home). This loan class is short-term, high yield and high turnover. This type of paper is also highly liquid in secondary markets and does not include a construction component.
